Phyl Hyland
There are many styles of Yoga. Phyl is trained in Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga disciplines. Phyl treats them as complimentary to one another and combines them in her classes. She then broadens her style with the use of Yoga Swings, Chairs, Walls and Wheels.
Her passion is for teaching Yoga - and experience has taught her that mixed ability classes work well, so there are no separate public classes for beginners, intermediate or advanced.
